Sue is a Supply Chain and Operations Leader with extensive experience in the processes required to bring new products to market in FDA regulated companies. She is an expert at streamlining the Inventory, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Forecasting, Production Control processes to transform a business, turn it around, build the proper infrastructure, and properly scale it for growth. Her experience has focused on companies in the small to mid-size range that focus on bringing new products to market. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, and Certificates in Production and Inventory Management, and Project Management. She is CPIM certified as well as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
